Urban renewal projects

Showing the future of a neighborhood means faithfully representing what already exists (shops, public spaces, facades) and immersing yourself in the future in 3D.

• The 3D representation allows the non-expert public to understand and take ownership of the project and the evolution of a neighborhood.
• The realistic representation of the existing and immersion at pedestrian level are essential factors for involving the user: city website, project center, public meeting, etc.
• Multichannel communication: our experiences allow intuitive web consultation to reach audiences who prefer this channel to a public meeting ( Mappr) but are also designed for event use in project houses or events ( 3D Model – Virtual Reality ).
• We participate in the ANRU+ innovators in order to better understand the environment and the difficulties encountered by urban renewal projects.

• Support change by facilitating the projection of current residents and new arrivals, by strengthening the link between projects and realities experienced by residents,
• Facilitate consultation and sharing of the project , in a visual and concrete way
• Propose a shared decision-making tool based on 3D modeled projects, supporting discussions, reflections and improvements in a neighborhood that better corresponds to the expectations of different audiences and the triptych of “elected officials, technicians and residents”,
• Build a support to attract a different audience far from the consultation bodies,
• Raise digital awareness among as many people as possible and encourage the development of digital skills,
• Lead and punctuate the consultation and co-construction with an evolving, fun and educational tool and renewed content.
