The Vectuel approach:
Consulting on the construction of a new transport line requires accurately representing the impact of road improvements on existing neighborhoods
- The 3D representation allows the non-expert public to understand and take ownership of the project and the evolution of a neighborhood.
- The realistic representation of the existing and immersion at pedestrian level are essential factors for understanding the project
- Multichannel communication: our experiences allow for intuitive web consultation to reach audiences who prefer this channel to a public meeting ( Mappr) but are also designed for event use in project houses or events ( 3D Model – Virtual Reality – Mixed Reality).
- Citizen engagement is essential for the project to be accepted.
- We work on all phases of the project's development: from consultation to construction site communication
The benefits of our tools
- Supporting change by facilitating the planning of both current residents and newcomers. This will strengthen the link between projects and the realities experienced by residents.
- Facilitate consultation and sharing of the project , in a visual and concrete way
- To propose a shared decision-making tool based on 3D modeled projects. It will support discussions, reflections, and improvements to the project and its layout, better meeting the expectations of different audiences and the three-pronged approach of "elected officials, technicians, and residents".

- Raise digital awareness among as many people as possible and encourage the development of digital skills,
- To facilitate and structure the consultation and co-creation with an evolving, fun, and educational tool
- Offering updated content online, at the project center, or on-site to meet with residents
