Vectuel is recruiting a 3D Game Artist on a permanent contract – Start ASAP

  • A permanent position based in Paris or remote, and a work-study position in Paris
  • Salary: based on experience
  • Start date: As soon as possible

As part of our business development, we are looking for a versatile 3D graphic designer who is proficient in the following areas, in order of priority:

  •  Mastering architectural rendering in Unity
  • Integration and adjustment of 3D elements in the Unity 3D engine: scene adjustment, lighting, etc
  • Low/high poly 3D modeling
  • 3D data optimization (polygon decimation)
  • UI/UX
  • Creating textures / lightmaps

As part of a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and project managers, you will create high-value 3D content. You will contribute to the production of 3D solutions for architecture and urban planning. Your work will be essential components of the smart city initiatives undertaken by cities.

  • Real-time 3D applications: simulations, serious games, 3D operating procedures, virtual tours…
  • Augmented reality applications: Mobile applications, training tools or maintenance assistance via HoloLens…
  • Virtual reality applications: serious games, immersive experiences, Oculus Quest2.

Profile :

  • Video game school / 3D animation / 3D engineering / art school
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D
  • Software proficiency: 3ds Max (preferably) / Maya / Blender, Substance Designer / Painter, Photoshop and After Effects.
  • Knowledge or interest in architecture
  • Proficiency in Unity is essential
  • Knowledge of C# development, web development or GIS is a plus.
