Vectuel's 3D Studio is a visual production studio specializing in the representation of the city and its transformations. It produces photorealistic images, animated films, and real-time sequences to showcase the city of the future — whether it is a real estate development, a transport infrastructure, public facilities, or an urban planning project. All production is based on a mastery of urban 3D data, guaranteeing geographically accurate proportions, locations, and perspectives.

Vectuel's 3D Studio works on a wide spectrum of projects, always anchored in their connection to the city and urban environment. In residential and commercial real estate, it produces visuals and promotional films for developments such as Eria, Woodwork, Treehouse, or 7ème Sens. In transportation, it creates infrastructure presentation films for organizing authorities like Sytral or Luxtram. In urban planning, it produces development films illustrating the transformation of entire neighborhoods. In educational communication, it designs instructional films to explain complex projects to the general public, such as for the Société du Grand Paris. Each production is rooted in real-world urban 3D data to ensure geographically accurate proportions and placement.

The perspective factory is an approach that consists of first building an accurate 3D mockup of the project, integrated into the 3D model of the existing city with the correct proportions and proper georeferencing. Once this foundation is established, the client can generate as many photorealistic perspectives as they wish — with no limits on framing or quantity. Because the surrounding city and the project's proportions are correct from the start, the perspectives generated by traditional rendering or by AI are geographically and architecturally reliable. This is a breakthrough from the traditional approach, where each perspective is a standalone project in its own right.

Vectuel’s 3D Studio uses V-Ray as its go-to rendering engine for high-end productions — still images and animated sequences — delivering architectural-level realism with precise handling of materials, light, and atmospheres. In parallel, the studio has specialists in generating films and sequences using artificial intelligence (Flux and equivalents), allowing for the rapid production of visual content for communication or consultation purposes. This dual expertise — precision physical rendering and AI generation — makes it possible to meet all levels of requirements and deadlines.

WebImmo is the real estate marketing platform developed by Vectuel, designed to present a development online with interactive 3D visuals, floor plans, and project discovery tools. It is used by developers and investors on leading commercial and residential projects: BNP Paribas's Les Messageries, the Trinity Tower in La Défense, and Aura in Saint-Cloud. WebImmo transforms the presentation of a real estate asset into an immersive digital experience, accessible remotely by buyers, tenants, and decision-makers.

The Société du Grand Paris entrusted Vectuel with the production of educational films about the Grand Paris Express to make the challenges and transformations of a construction project that is reshaping the Île-de-France region for decades understandable.
