As part of the Le Park 12 real estate project, integrated into the Les Messageries urban development in the 12th arrondissement of Paris, Vectuel designed an immersive digital marketing platform for BNP Paribas Real Estate. Developed in the heart of a new mixed-use neighborhood between Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the project is part of one of the main urban renewal operations in eastern Paris.
To support the marketing of the project, Vectuel developed a WebImmo tool allowing all the program's commercial and architectural content to be centralized in a fluid and accessible online interactive experience. The immersive platform developed by Vectuel makes it possible to explore the project, discover its urban environment, and view the characteristics of the program's apartments as well as the associated visual assets.
