For the AURA commercial project in Saint-Cloud, developed by 6e Sens Immobilier, Vectuel designed an immersive digital device intended to support the marketing of this new-generation office campus located on the banks of the Seine. This 25,000 m² redevelopment project aims to transform a landmark former site into a sustainable and innovative commercial campus in the near western suburbs of Paris.
In order to promote the project to investors, users and brokers, Vectuel produced a complete set of real estate visualization content and tools: a photorealistic 3D film, architectural renderings and an immersive WebImmo platform brought together all the program's media. This interactive application makes it possible to explore the building, its office spaces, its urban environment as well as the various marketing materials in a fluid and intuitive interface.
Thanks to its WebImmo technology, Vectuel has developed a high-end digital marketing experience integrating a real-time 3D model, orbital navigation, lot visualization and centralization of marketing content. The platform facilitates the projection of future users into the project and offers an immediate understanding of the campus's integration into its strategic environment on the banks of the Seine in Saint-Cloud.
