As part of the A412 highway project linking Machilly to Thonon-les-Bains, Vectuel supported Eiffage Concessions and the concessionaire AMEDEA in the creation of an immersive 3D digital model of the future highway route. This tool makes it possible to accurately represent the 16.5 kilometers of infrastructure through the Chablais landscapes and to make a complex project understandable at the regional scale.
The 3D model integrates the entire highway route, interchanges, engineering structures, wildlife crossings, cycling infrastructure, as well as interactions with the crossed municipalities and surrounding natural environments. Thanks to a detailed and immersive topographic representation, project stakeholders can visualize the landscape integration of the infrastructure and analyze its impact before work begins.
Vectuel also produced a 3D flyover video allowing users to discover the A412 highway in its real environment. By making the infrastructure visible within its regional context, the platform helps facilitate understanding around this major mobility project for the Chablais region.
