Vectuel has produced a 3D digital model for Icade presenting the real estate offer of the Paris Orly-Rungis Park, the leading private business park in the south of Paris. Developed with Maquette3D and Mappr technologies, this immersive platform allows for the visualization of the park's buildings, services, and spaces on a regional scale. Vectuel also produced an immersive tour of the Quebec building.
This visualization tool supports the marketing and promotion of the park by offering an interactive reading of the various buildings and their environment. Notably, the 3D model represents the site's 58 hectares, its living spaces, its services, and its future developments in an immersive digital experience aimed at companies, investors, and users of the park.
