Vectuel has created the 3D digital model of the Arsenal eco-district in Rueil-Malmaison, a vast urban renewal project developed on the former Renault site. This immersive tool allows users to visualize the future housing, public spaces, facilities, and mobility options of the neighborhood through a detailed representation of the project and its integration into the surrounding territory.
The 3D model developed by Vectuel was used in public presentations and communication initiatives surrounding the project. Vectuel also produced an immersive film and virtual tours that allow users to explore the district's future spaces before they are built, in order to facilitate the understanding of its urban transformations and to offer a concrete projection of the future Arsenal eco-district.
